About Ellie Mae
Sweet Ellie. Her soft eyes and powdery white presence melt my heart each time we meet! I’m not the only one – the other volunteers love her too – adults and kids alike. She also has some nice doggie friends at the shelter, and we know she grew up with a cat. We recently learned she makes horse friends easily too. What a well-rounded girl!
Ellie Mae lived with a single senior woman all her life. After growing into a lovely 5-yr old, she found herself homeless after her person went into assisted living.
In her pictures and video, you will see her intelligent eyes, gentle mouth, adventurous spirit, happy demeanor and cooperative nature. She is simply a gem.
I am glad to be her friend, and hope she finds a wonderful home soon. Please help her by getting the word out!
